  • reflect the version window, optional pins and per-series runtimes (#3489) Bring the docs in line with epic vergil-project/.github#407's final state: the vergil-containers manifest is the single source, [ci].versions is an optional pin (library builds the window, an app builds one version), .python-version is an error, and the packaged runtime is a derived per-series vergil-python with an exact-patch pin. Rewrites the Python version-management and runtime-version-support-policy pages to the window model. Ref #3482.
