  • list the queue skills and deferred entry points in the README and catalogue (#749) Bring the README Skills table in line with the catalogue (all 17 skills), add the deferred-issue entry point to epic-create, mark planning-review Current (2.1) like deferred-review, and name planning-review in CLAUDE.md.   • note the epic-create security advisory handoff in the catalogue (#751) The epic-create entry now says a security planning issue's advisory is retargeted to its fix tasks before Tasks filed: yes, and that the planning issue cannot close until then. Links the vergil-tooling Security Records guide. Ref #750.

  • quote the corrected planning hold note in step 10 (#765) Match queue_view._held_note on vergil-tooling develop after vergil-tooling#3736 and #3738: singular and plural forms, and 'the task or tasks that fix it'. Ref #758.

  • hand off every security advisory at step 9 (#757) Step 9 now runs one vrg-security-record retarget per advisory the planning issue names, one after another, never in parallel, and posts Tasks filed: yes only after every retarget succeeds. A design-only finding goes to the documentation task only when no shipped code has the weakness. Step 10 quotes the new multi-advisory hold note. The skills catalogue paragraph is updated to match. Ref #756
