Replace the mode 2 stub in the review doctrine with the loop, the validated reviewer prompt, the requirements file and trusted-author rules, the output checks including a stray-write sweep, the task-issue comment formats, security findings, intake and the handoff, and pauses. Confirm the agentic-review severity column. Update the paad policy: no config file for mode 2, no drift detection for now, and the agentic-review report-file deviations.

  • docs(paad): exclude the harness state file and name the agent VM's container paths in the mode 2 sweep

The sweep excluded only the $HOME/.claude directory, but the harness also rewrites $HOME/.claude.json during every run, so the sweep would fail every round. The container-runtime example now names the paths the agent VM actually writes. Ref #759

Security-class problems go only through vrg-security-record. Only trusted authors' comments count as records or rulings. The result goes in retrospective section 4.   • add the agentic-review gate, and list paused and split-out tasks in epic-implement (#805) issue-implement runs mode 2 of the paad review doctrine before report-ready: a Preflight trusted-author check, the paused-with-no-ruling stop, the seven round steps linked to doctrine section 3, and handoff notes with security findings as counts only. epic-implement step 4 lists tasks paused at the gate with their reasons, passes every ruling from this session to a new run, and lists split-out tasks as needs scheduling.
