Rows 2, 12, 13 and L1 name their Intent file exactly, blocked results accept none or the analyst, each run keeps its material in a subdirectory of its own, and fleet is not moved during a gate run.

  • docs(paad-policy): fix the per-lens Agents dispatched form and qualify the delegate and gate rules

The per-lens form names lenses by identifier, followed by a space or the end of the line. The policy states which gate scenarios start later and what the delegate check does not cover.

  • docs(paad-policy): tighten the gate's run, storage and outcome rules and the Agents dispatched forms

The gate's clean-run criteria now include the doctrine's own output checks, each run's prompt departures are listed, gate runs keep private material in the operational state directory, the outcome comment records each run's announce line, and both Agents dispatched forms say exactly how a lens is matched and written.

  • docs(paad-policy): narrow the change to the paad version check removal

Epic vergil-project/.github#826 is dropped. Keep only the removal of the validated-version check from paad-policy and the review doctrine, with the accepted risk it leaves. Remove the validation gate scenario file and the Lenses: and Agents dispatched: contract notes.
